ALL community churches, civic groups, and other organizations can encourage their members, and especially their youth, to get engaged in local service work. When a community wraps its arms around the “home” it shares with its under-served, EVERYONE benefits. Studies have shown that the impact to the community can be extremely meaningful on many levels.
