Join us for 2024 NEST FEST, a day of family fun events in celebration of Loveland’s amazing kids and community! All proceeds go to NEST Community Learning Center, so you can have a great time and help make a positive impact on the life of a local kid.

What is NEST FEST?
NEST FEST is a fun, family-friendly event that brings our community together with a team-sponsored Kids Charity Challenge Scavenger Hunt (two available time options!), vendor booths, DJ, food & drinks, and more to celebrate and support the NEST Community Learning Center (NEST).
Event Agenda:
- 9:00AM: Vendor booths open for business.
- 9:15AM: Opening remarks.
- 9:30–11:15AM: Kids Charity Challenge (KCC) – Scavenger Hunt Session #1 starts.
- 11:30AM: KCC Session #1 winners announced and closing remarks.
How Can I Support NEST FEST?
Join the Scavenger Hunt
Pull together a team(s) for the Kids Charity Challenge – Teams are made up of up to six (6) people
- 18 years and under; if under 12 years old, a parent or guardian must accompany
- Singles or pairs will be partnered with other teams
- Pre-registration entry fee: $25 per person; $30 per person day-of

Presenting NEST FEST Sponsor – $5,000
- Exclusive naming rights for NEST FEST (NEST FEST presented by Your Company Name) via mixed media advertising.
- Representative from your organization to speak to the audience and kick-off the event.
- Opportunity to host a station presented by your organization as part of the Kids Charity Challenge.
- Kids Charity Challenge event tickets (up to 12 attendees).
- Logo prominently displayed on NEST FEST event signage and other promotional materials.
- Several mentions of your company/organization from the emcee at the event.
- Recognition on social media leading up to and following the event.
- Opportunity to provide giveaways to all attendees. (*must be approved by NEST)
- Onsite booth space in our designated vendor area.
Kids Charity Challenge Sponsor – $4,000
- Exclusive naming rights for Kids Charity Challenge (Kids Charity Challenge presented by Your Company Name) via mixed media advertising.
- Representative from your organization to announce the winners in our Kids Charity Challenge.
- Opportunity to host a station presented by your organization as part of the Kids Charity Challenge.
- Kids Charity Challenge group event tickets (up to 8 attendees).
- Logo prominently displayed on Kids Charity Challenge signage and other promotional materials.
- Recognition on social media leading up to and following the event.
- Opportunity to provide giveaways to Kids Charity Challenge participants. (*must be approved by NEST)
- Onsite booth space in our designated vendor area.
Entertainment Sponsor – $2,500
- Representative from your organization to introduce the emcee (DJ). Mentions of your company by DJ at the event.
- Signage, including your company logo, is displayed next to the DJ booth.
- Medium logo displayed on event signs and promotional materials.
- Kids Charity Challenge group event tickets (up to 6 attendees).
- Recognition on social media leading up to and following the event.
Community Sponsorship – $1,000
- Small logo displayed on event signs and promotional materials.
