Gearing up for this year’s Dancing with the Stars in October 2020

About the Event

NEST’s 2nd annual Dancing with the Stars event will be held on Friday, October 23rd at 6:00PM at the Oasis Golf and Conference Center. The best part? All proceeds from the event will go directly to helping NEST Community Learning Center.

Please join in on the fun as guests will enjoy an evening of dinner, drinks, and most importantly, dancing! Come out to watch as local couples, “stars”,  in our community compete to win the coveted Mirrorball Trophy. Our panel of judges will select the winner after all contestants perform.

What’s better than that? YOU getting to be a part of this exciting event! On the night of the event, you will have the power to choose who wins the People’s Choice Award. One dollar equals one vote. So, bring your cash or credit card and donate to vote for your favorite dance from the night!

Proceeds from this event will help NEST Community Learning Center fulfill its mission to address academic and non-academic barriers that perpetuate the cycle of generational poverty in suburban communities.

“Stepping Up and Out for the kids”

Due to the covid pandemic, we have made many changes to keep everyone safe.  We are selling multiple table sizes so you sit with only others you are comfortable sitting with.  Tables will be six feet apart. Masks will be required when you are not at your table.  We are selling drink tickets to speed up wait times for purchasing beverages.  Your safety and comfort level are our priority!

Attire for the event is Cocktail Casual.

6:00 – Doors open

6:45 – Dinner will be served

8:00 – Competition begins

Silent Auction will end 15 minutes after awards.

Dance the night away immediately after the competition.
