Brittney is happily married to, who she claims is the greatest man on earth,

Drew Frietch, and is the proud mother of three beautiful children, Brayden (17),

Malea (13), and Ashlynn (10). A small-town Kentucky girl who fell in love with

the essence of Loveland when she moved across the river to be closer to Drew’s

job 12 years ago!

Team Lead of Brittney Frietch Team! Located in Historic Downtown Loveland,

BF Realty is a family business founded on giving back to the communities they

serve. Their Boutique Brokerage officially broke off from their previous “big

brand” partnership on June 2nd of this year. Real Estate came as a natural calling

when, after 10 years of staying home with her children, she decided to enter the

workplace. Armed with a bachelor’s degree in Business Management from

Northern Kentucky University, and many years of experience in buying/selling

homes, Brittney got her salesperson license in 2017 & her Broker’s license in

2020.

Brittney’s motto is more experiences and less “things”. She enjoys traveling with

her family, fishing at her family’s lake, lounging poolside, or shooting at the

range with her husband.

Laura Padgett

Laura grew up in the Cleveland area as the youngest of 10 children.  After graduating from Bowling Green State University, she worked in various sales positions for Occidental Chemical and GE Plastics.  Laura met and married her husband Mark in Cleveland and soon moved to Loveland. They have lived in Loveland for 29 years and have 2 great kids, Erica 24, and Kyle 23.  Laura has worked on many fundraising projects throughout her time in Loveland including Loveland Legacy, LAB, PTA, St. Columban and Moeller.  Her other fun activities are boxing at Title Boxing, traveling as much as possible, and hanging out locally with her friends.  Laura was always a “Dance Mom” for over 15 years, but definitely not a dancer!  She is excited and honored to be asked to go completely out of her comfort level for such a wonderful cause as NEST.  She looks forward to raising money for these deserving kids and enjoying this great event!

He opened a private Optometric practice in Loveland, called 2020 EyeCare, with his business partner, Dr. Alex Gibberman, with hopes of supporting the local Loveland community.

John grew up in Versailles, KY and shortly after moved to Lexington, KY through high school.
